Do place your orders by Thursday before 8am if you need the items during weekend as we'd likely need to order them as we do not hold stock for all items.
For order on cages, we require a non-refundable deposit (usually $50) transfer to POSB Saving Acc 038-19026-1 or UOB saving 353-105-061-2 before we place order.
There shall be no changing of cage model once your order is confirmed, unless otherwise agreeded by Little Pet House.
The above mentioned deposit is non-refundable and cannot be use to offset other purchases in the event if the order of cage is changed/cancelled by buyer.
Any items for exchange have to be within 7 days from date of purchase and in their original condition, subject to the management's approval.
For self-collection of items, Pls make an appointment (83839706) before dropping by to make sure someone is around.
